Must Care Vet Centres is a family-owned group of small animal clinics across Brisbane’s southside and Logan
. We’re looking for an experienced veterinarian to join our team, with opportunities available at Compton Road Vet and Windaroo Vet .

We care about good medicine, clear communication, and building clinics where people can do their work well without burning out.

Compton Road Vet - Brisbane South
Part-time small animal veterinarian – Flexible days and hours available

Windaroo Vet – Logan (near the Gold Coast)
Full-time small animal veterinarian

You’ll work in a clinic where:

• Consult times allow you to think, explain, and connect with clients
• Nurses are experienced, capable, and genuinely supportive
• Client communication is valued as much as technical skill
• Clear systems exist to support consistency and patient care

This role will suit you if you:

• Have 3+ years small animal experience
• Care about practising ethical, considered veterinary medicine
• Communicate clearly and kindly with clients and colleagues

• Are open to ongoing learning and reflection

Compton Road Vet is a well-established Brisbane southside clinic with loyal clients, a skilled nursing team, and a strong focus on preventative care.

Windaroo Vet serves the Logan community and is well suited to vets based locally or commuting from Brisbane’s southside or the northern Gold Coast.

Both clinics are well equipped and supported, allowing you to focus on clinical decision-making rather than constant firefighting.
