Compensation and Pay

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Base pay is $17 – $30 per hour
. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. They must possess product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills. When major holidays hit, associates must be prepared to meet increased demand.
