As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the essence of our brand within designated partner retail stores, playing a vital role in influencing potential customers. Your impact will be measured by your ability to foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for our products, educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions, proactively schedule appointments, and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base.

The average compensation ranges from $58,800 to $80,328 (location and personal success dependent), and top performers can earn up to an impressive $160,000+ per year.

- Ability to stand, be mobile for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds as part of daily responsibilities.
While the average compensation ranges from $58,800 to $80,328 (location and personal success dependent), our top performers can earn up to an impressive $160,000+ per year.
For California, base pay plus incentives for the first 12 months range from $53,654.40 to $89,534.40 (personal success dependent).
