Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Base salary with commission potential after a route is assigned. Majority of work is a 4‑day workweek with no nights or weekends. Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives are also available.
Key Responsibilities- You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
- Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
- Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
- Qualified to operate a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Must have an active driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide documentation of prior employment. All requirements must be met prior to the first day of employment.

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range reflects factors such as skill set, experience, training, performance, and business needs.
