HVAC Lead Installer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading HVAC installation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and mentoring junior installers. • Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Lead and mentor installation teams to ensure efficient and high-quality workmanship
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on‑site
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Complete necessary paperwork and job reports

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)
• EPA Certification (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
