NATIONAL REATAIL TRANSPORTATION is hiring experienced CDL-A Switchers (Yard Jockeys) to join our team in Compton, CA! We have multiple full-time opportunities across various shifts. What You'll Do:
- Safely move trailers within the yard and between docks
- Maintain accurate trailer inventory and yard organization
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety
- Communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams to support smooth operations

Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum of 1 year Class A driving experience (or equivalent military driving experience) within the last 3 years
- Must maintain a safety-focused driving history; clean MVR/PSP and employment history preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in compliance with DOT regulations
- Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications
- Current DOT physical certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
