Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily assignments for regulated drivers and align route coverage with service requirements.

• Build and adjust delivery or service schedules to reflect changing workload, customer needs, and driver availability.

• Stay in close contact with drivers during shifts to communicate updates, delays, and revised instructions.

• Track route activity throughout the day and take prompt action to resolve service disruptions or timing concerns.

• Arrange backup coverage and reassign work when staffing gaps or operational changes arise.

• Address customer requests and service changes quickly while keeping internal teams informed.

• Support adherence to regulatory standards and company safety expectations in daily dispatch activity.

• Maintain accurate operational records, driver documentation, and dispatch-related logs.

• Partner with transportation, operations, and customer-facing teams to improve coordination and service execution.
