Perform data entry and update information in company databases and systems.
Communicate with team members and management through email and Microsoft Teams.
Enter, update, and maintain Excel worksheets and reports.
Prepare and distribute load sheets for warehouse operations.
Audit loading worksheets and related forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Organize, file, and maintain operational paperwork and records.
Provide administrative and operational support to warehouse personnel.
Work primarily in a warehouse environment rather than a traditional office setting.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.### Qualifications Strong data entry and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Previous warehouse, inventory control, or operations support experience preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
