Student Success Facilitator
Comstock Park is seeking candidates who display a strong desire and ability to make an impact on students and the greater community both within and outside of the classroom.
The Student Success Facilitator at Comstock Park High School is a student-centered professional dedicated to supporting at-risk youth through a "whole child" approach. This role focuses on removing barriers to personal success via developing communication strategies, supporting time management skills and prioritizing academic needs. This will foster accountability, goal setting, and emotional resilience. Serving as a critical bridge between students, administration, and support teams, the Facilitator balances proactive intervention with structured supervision, playing a key role in school safety, discipline transitions, and behavioral support frameworks.
This is an at-risk funded position.

Education and/or
Experience:
- Degree: Bachelor's degree required (Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related human services field preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working with at-risk adolescents, preferably within an educational setting.
- Intervention Knowledge: Proven knowledge of research related to student behavioral interventions, MTSS frameworks, and behavioral threat assessment (BTAM) practices.
- Training & Collaboration: Experience planning and conducting professional development/training, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various groups and gain consensus related to program implementation.
- Data Proficiency: Experience utilizing data-based decision-making systems to track and evaluate student progress.
- Spanish-speaking skills are highly desirable.
