Job Description:
- Perform bank account reconciliation
- Prepare and enter journal entries with supporting documentation, to general ledger accounts accurately and timely
- Post cash receipt
- Create recurring journal entries and ensure that reversing entries occur
- Assist with payroll processing and preparation of quarterly and annual payroll tax report
- Assist in the monthly closing and preparation of financial statement
- Assist in the annual budget process
- Perform and maintain account reconciliations of assigned balance sheet account
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
