I’m currently hiring for an Accountant (Operational Accounting Support) role in Concord, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of accounting or banking experience who enjoys research-based work and transaction processing in a structured office environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Researching financial transactions
- Posting accounts and offsets
- Supporting operational accounting activities
- Performing moderately complex support tasks
- Entering and validating data across multiple systems
- Escalating non-routine issues when needed
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes
- 1–2 years of operational accounting or banking experience
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Experience with transaction research and posting
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent typing and 10-key skills
- Ability to toggle between multiple screens and applications
- Previous banking experience strongly preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
