Accountant/Bookkeeper at Robert Half – Concord, CA.
Key Responsibilities- Manage financial transactions and cash flow
- Perform bank reconciliations and handle invoicing
- Enter payroll data and support quarter‑end close
- Coordinate with external CPA for the annual audit
- Handle prevailing wage compliance and project billing
- Manage sales tax reporting and light HR tasks
- Review accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Core for accounting
- Heartland for outsourced payroll
- Bank reconciliations
- General ledger accounting
- Payroll experience
