Our client is seeking a dependable Bookkeeper for an ongoing temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys managing day-to-day financial records, supporting reporting processes, and helping maintain accurate books.
The right candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
+ Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other balance sheet accounts
+ Assist with month-end close and financial reporting support
+ Prepare invoices, post payments, and track outstanding balances
+ Review financial data for discrepancies and resolve issues as needed
+ Support payroll processing and expense tracking, as applicable
+ Maintain organized accounting documentation and records
