Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description

Our client is hiring a Full-Charge Bookkeeper for an ongoing temp-to-hire opening. This is a great opportunity for a bookkeeping professional who enjoys owning the day-to-day accounting process and working in a role with variety and responsibility. The right person will be comfortable handling multiple accounting functions, staying organized, and ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date.

What You'll Do:

+ Oversee daily bookkeeping activities from transaction entry through reconciliation

+ Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment posting

+ Maintain the general ledger and assist with journal entries

+ Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and investigate discrepancies

+ Support payroll, expense tracking, and month-end closing tasks

+ Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate supporting documentation

+ Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth accounting operations

+ Assist with process improvements and additional accounting support as needed
