We are hiring a Bookkeeper for an ongoing contract-to-hire position with a growing organization. In this role, you will handle daily bookkeeping functions, support financial recordkeeping, and help ensure accuracy across accounting processes.
The right candidate will be dependable, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a collaborative setting.
Key Duties:
+ Record financial transactions and maintain accurate books
+ Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
+ Support invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
+ Assist with payroll data and expense tracking
+ Prepare reports for management and support month-end processes
+ Maintain organized accounting documentation and records
Requirements
+ Previous bookkeeping, accounting clerk, or related experience preferred
+ Familiarity with Quick Books or other accounting/ERP systems
+ Strong Excel and data entry skills
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
+ High level of accuracy and confidentiality
