Organizational Development Coordinator

Toromont Industries Ltd. is seeking an Organizational Development Coordinator to join our team at Concord, ON. The OD Coordinator supports enterprise-wide initiatives across Learning & Development, Talent & Performance, and Employee Listening. This role ensures seamless program execution, manages logistics and the LMS, and delivers high-quality service to internal clients, facilitators, and vendors.

$48,867 - $61,084

The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available

In a typical day, YOU will:

* Model the way for safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviors in support of Toromont's Health and Safety Policies, Programs and initiatives

* Coordinate OD events, workshops, and training (in-person and virtual); manage enrollment, attendance, and records.

* Support program design and delivery, including materials, logistics, and vendor coordination.

* Manage the OD inbox and respond to stakeholder inquiries.

* Serve as primary administrator for the LMS, maintaining accurate data, troubleshooting issues, and generating reports.

* Compile dashboards and metrics; gather feedback and support continuous improvement efforts.

* Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office Suite.

* Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
