Office Administrator/ Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY:
The BBSI HR Generalist Admin is responsible for successfully assisting branch operations by providing a full range of support to branch team members to maximize client management of human capital.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
This position reports to the Area Manager and works in partnership with other positions within the business unit and branch.
- Assist team members and clients with employee onboarding and serve as liaison to our payroll system.
- At the direction of branch team members, prepare communication, finalize HR policies, edit documents and assist with overall client plans of action.
- At the direction of the Payroll Specialist, print and mail paychecks for select clients.
- Manage courier relationships and prepare packages for pick-up.
- Support the branch with various administrative functions including supply ordering and client hospitality duties.
- Answer phones and direct calls as necessary; provide information when appropriate.
- Perform data entry for projects related to client activity and branch operations.
- Ability to complete high-volume workload, meet critical deadlines and work through constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate level knowledge of all MS Office applications
- Confidence working with multiple systems and programs simultaneously
- Possession of a valid driver's license with valid automobile insurance meeting BBSI criteria
- AA or Bachelor's degree preferred
- High school diploma a must
- A minimum of 3-5 years of office related experience
- Human resources or payroll experience is a plus
- Aptitude or ability to learn multiple systems and programs and to put a process together for efficiency
- Additional operations or business experience is a plus
The starting hourly range for this position is $26-30/hr factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.

40 hours of paid sick leave annually (additional sick/front loading/accrual, if any, based on state or regional requirements); vacation accrues up to 80 hours in the first year, up to 120 hours in years 2-4, and up to 160 hours in the fifth year; 6 paid holidays annually, 4 paid volunteer days annually.
