Project Foreman

Field-Based Role | Environmental Excavation | Grading | Demolition | HAZWOPER | OSHA

hands-on, field-driven Foreman to lead crews across environmental construction and demolition projects. This role is ideal for a strong journeyman leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, values safety, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work on schedule and on budget.

If you have experience in environmental excavation, grading, demolition, asbestos abatement, or system installations
, this is an opportunity to lead from the front.

• Direct field personnel, subcontractors, equipment, and material flow
• Interpret project drawings and specifications; perform layout and inspection
• Plan and implement weekly and daily schedules
• Determine crew size based on scope and timeline
• Track productivity, quality, and budget performance
• Develop alternate work plans when delays arise
• Enforce site-specific safety programs and conduct daily safety huddles
• Implement QA/QC requirements and submit required documentation
• Identify out-of-scope work and changed conditions
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Client Representatives
• Maintain field payroll records, material tracking, change orders, and progress reports

• 5+ years’ experience as a qualified journeyman in environmental or demolition construction
• Strong background in environmental excavation, grading, demolition, or abatement
• Proven leadership of field crews and subcontractors
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and field compliance
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER (preferred)
• OSHA 30 (preferred)
• Additional safety certifications a plus
