Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site leadership and supervision of subcontractors
* Direct all field and construction management activities
* Manage the QA/QC program and enforce the project Quality Control Plan
* Coordinate schedules, logistics, and sequencing of work
* Interface with project managers, government reps, and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with federal construction standards and safety rules
* Track progress, productivity, and reporting
* Maintain contract, submittal, and documentation compliance
Qualifications:
* 5+ years experience of experience as a Construction Superintendent
* Federal construction experience (USACE / NAVFAC preferred)
* OSHA 30 certification
* Strong knowledge of QA/QC, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
* Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
Compensation Package:
* Salary Range: 100k-130k + Per Diem/Expenses
