The Customer Service Representative is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Concord, CA. This position supports pilots, passengers, and crew by greeting arrivals, managing check‑ins, and assisting with lounge and facility needs. Daily tasks include answering phone and in‑person inquiries, coordinating fuel and line service requests, handling reservations, and processing payments. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, communicating clearly with the operations and maintenance teams, and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment.

The Customer Service Representative is expected to handle issues promptly, uphold safety and security procedures, and represent Pacific States Aviation with courteous and attentive service.

• Strong customer‑facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience.
• Ability to contribute to Customer Satisfaction and work effectively as part of a team of Customer Service Representatives.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment; prior experience in aviation, hospitality, or related fields is beneficial.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work on site in Concord, CA, including weekends and holidays.
