• Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help
• Accurately log key customer information that will ensure life‑saving services are delivered promptly & to the right place
• Provide exceptional customer service for billing, account updates, cancellations, and more
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through product setup with patience and clarity
• Respond promptly to alarm signals and account inquiries, ensuring smooth service delivery
• Collaborate with your team to onboard and train new hires, sharing your knowledge and expertise

• 3+ years of experience in phone-based customer service or call center roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Expert-level typing skills, 35+ WPM with 0 errors
• Strong communication, data entry, and problem‑solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring critical information is captured flawlessly
• Familiarity with  and UPS systems is a plus!
