Member Assist Cart Attendant

Ensure club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed and inform members when products are unavailable, offering alternatives as needed.;
Assist members with loading purchases into vehicles and maintaining a clean, organized cart/parking area; provide aid across the club as needed.;
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering questions, assisting with purchasing decisions, and processing member purchases at the register.;
Maintain parking lot cleanliness and ensure safety by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions to management.;
Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assist with transporting items; support reduction of member issues and promote products and services..
