Pediatric Treatment Coordinator

Muir Station Smiles is seeking a skilled Pediatric Treatment coordinator to join our team. As an TC, you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. You will work closely with patients, providing assistance during dental procedures and helping to create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

• This is a full-time position
• Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm
• Friday - 7am - 3pm
• possible Saturday 8am - 5pm

• Preferred 2+ years of experience working in pediatrics dental practice.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with strong abilities in negotiation and influencing
• Must be comfortable and effective when speaking with patients regarding their treatment as well as talking about the financials of the treatment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing dental practices.
• Outgoing and socially poised; accomplishes goals by working with others
• Proactive and results-oriented with a hands-on approach to challenges
• Bilingual - the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is required.

• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely service delivery that exceeds customer expectations
• Drive high standards of care through optimal administrative excellence, including inquiries, billing, and record-keeping
• Implement and oversee the adherence to office policies and procedures to maintain high productivity and compliance
• Collaborate with dentists and staff to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth, addressing any issues that may arise
• Explain treatment options and associated costs to patients clearly and effectively
• Facilitate financial discussions and payment plans with patients.
