Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and adaptable Substitute Teachers to provide instruction and classroom management in the absence of the regular teacher. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage students in a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Classroom Instruction - Follow lesson plans provided by the teacher and ensure continuity of learning.
- Classroom Management - Maintain a structured, respectful, and productive learning environment.
- Student Engagement - Encourage participation and support student learning.
- Adaptability - Adjust to various subjects, grade levels, and school policies as needed.
- Professionalism - Communicate effectively with staff, follow school procedures, and report any incidents.

On-call, as needed, when regular staff members are absent or to fill a temporary vacancy. Hours vary by day, location and assignment.
