Dean Of Students

The Dean of Students works collaboratively with the Executive Director, school administrators, staff, students, and families to foster a positive, safe, and supportive school environment. This position provides leadership and oversight in student discipline, attendance, and behavioral support, while promoting student accountability, engagement, and success. The Dean of Students helps implement school-wide systems and interventions that contribute to a positive school climate and student well-being.

Requirements / Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field California Administrative Services Credential (preferred) 5+ years teaching and/or leadership experience in a school setting demonstrating use and implementation of successful student behavior and attendance interventions Bilingual (preferred)
