Covelo Group is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) to support K–12 students in an after-school program in Concord, CA.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Behavior Technician looking for consistent afternoon hours in a school setting.

What You’ll DoProvide one-on-one or small-group behavioral support to K–12 students
Reinforce positive behaviors and support student participation in after-school activities
Follow established behavior intervention and support plans
Track and document student behavior and progress
Work closely with program staff and clinical support teams
What You’ll NeedHigh school diploma or GED
Previous Behavior Technician, ABA, or behavioral support experience preferred
Active BLS certification
Ability to work consistently Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM
Dependable attendance throughout the school year
* This pay range represents Covelo Group's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
