Flatiron Dragados is seeking an Estimator in Concord, CA to prepare project estimates by analyzing specs and plans to ensure cost-effective quantities and methods aligned with pursuit, schedule and price goals. You will review proposals, incorporate historical data, handle takeoffs, monitor addenda, and collaborate with the team to hand off projects.
A BA/BS in engineering or construction management and 1+ years in estimating are required; basic knowledge of HCSS is a plus.
