Duties
Help
Prepares cost estimates prior to full scope determination and prior to design.
Completes Annual budget cycle project cost estimates updates.
Provides review on in-house, and A/E prepares cost estimates.
Completes Annual budget cycle project cost estimates updates.
Coordinates with project managers, technical managers, and budget analysts to determine the project schedules, calculates inflation through construction and determines fully funded estimates.
Provides technical analysis relating various cost proposals to the Government's estimates.
