Job Description

This role provides comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. It involves triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners, meeting with clients to review financial and investment objectives, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. The position requires SAFE Act registration and mandatory background checks as part of the residential loan mortgage origination process.

Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to plan short and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions.
  • Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
  • Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
  • Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.
Schedule

Monday - Fridays and rotating Saturdays.

Required Qualifications
  • Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (or 63/65 in lieu of 66); passing the missing series within 60 days is acceptable.
  • At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
  • At least one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
  • Ability to set and accomplish goals, build and nurture strong relationships, collaborate effectively, communicate confidently, manage priorities, and execute in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Efficient time and capacity management, thorough regulatory due diligence, and adaptability to new information and client needs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
  • At least three years of experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
  • Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
  • Obtained insurance licenses.
Minimum Education Requirement

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Compensation

$70,000.00 – $80,000.00 annualized salary, offers determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees may earn monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentives based on performance metrics.
