The FP&A Manager will be a key member of the Finance team, responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support Innersense Organic Beauty’s growth and mission. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to provide insights that guide strategic decisions, ensure operational efficiency, and support the brand’s mission of clean, sustainable beauty. The FP&A Manager will deliver actionable financial insights, enable data-driven decision-making, and contribute to long-term value creation.

This role will report to the Director of Finance & Operations.

• Support the preparation of the annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long-range growth models.
• Help develop and maintain robust financial models that reflect the dynamics of a high-growth CPG beauty brand, including channel mix, promotional spend, and margin optimization.
• Track key business drivers such as DTC vs. wholesale performance, new product launches, marketing ROI, and supply chain costs.
• Support operations and demand planning on tracking margin contribution and evaluating landing factors to help operations teams maintain profits.

• Deliver timely and accurate monthly reporting packages for leadership, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, channel performance, and KPI dashboards.
• Conduct variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) to highlight key trends and performance drivers.
• Provide recommendations to optimize marketing spend and investments and help optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Ad Hoc Analysis as needed

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on revenue forecasts, promotional strategy, and campaign ROI analysis.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to model inventory requirements, cost of goods, and logistics planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by translating financial results into clear, actionable business insights.

• Enhance FP&A processes, reporting tools, and systems to support scale and efficiency.
• Ensure financial data accuracy and consistency across ERP, Power BI, and planning platforms.
• Recommend best practices for margin analysis, forecasting accuracy, and KPI reporting.
• Promote financial transparency and accountability across the organization.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to align financial goals with the brand’s mission and values.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 6–8 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally in consumer goods, beauty, or CPG.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel; experience with Net Suite and BI tools (e.g., Net Suite, NSPB, Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non‑financial partners.
• Experience in a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Strong business acumen, curiosity, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
