The commune of Périgny-sur-Yerres, 2,700 inhabitants, member of the Grand Paris Sud Est Avenir territory, is looking for its future Director General of Services to support the municipal team in implementing its mandate and to lead all communal services (39 employees).

Placed under the direct authority of the Mayor, you will be the guarantor of the good execution of municipal decisions and the preferred contact of the elected officials, institutional partners, and residents.

• Higher education in public law, management of territorial communities or equivalent (Bac +3 to +5)

• Confirmed experience in a leadership position in a similar-sized community is desirable

• Thorough knowledge of the status of the territorial public service, local government law, public procurement, and local finance

• Mastery of office tools and business software (public accounting, administrative acts)

• Sense of organization, rigor, discretion, and loyalty

• Relationship skills, ability to listen and dialogue with elected officials, staff, and residents

• Autonomy, responsiveness, ability to manage priorities and versatility typical of small communities

• Driving license B required
