Our Concord inpatient facility houses 30 clients who receive specialized and personal care from our staff. Our beautifully remodeled location offers amenities to both our clients and staff.

• Full time:
  Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday

• Performs journey-level professional casework and clinical services with mentally and emotionally disturbed clients
• Assesses and monitors clients’ behaviors while in treatment for chemical and alcohol abuse and dependency
• Works as a team member with other professionals
• Participates in evaluative and diagnostic staff conferences
• Conducts individual, family, and group therapy; interviews clients and relatives
• Participates in collaborative treatment with representatives of other agencies
• Prepares verbal, written, and statistical reports
• Attends conferences, workshops, and training to maintain current awareness of mental health methodologies and issues
• Operates a personal computer and other office equipment
• Communicates effectively with others in person and over the telephone
• Analyzes data, interprets directions, procedures and regulations, and develops appropriate responses
• Performs job duties under stressful conditions
• May be assigned some lead and special work coordination responsibilities

• Must obtain and maintain a license as a mental health professional regulated by a state board (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
• Must possess a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling
• Have at minimum two-year experience in Drug and Alcohol counseling
• Very familiar with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights
• Must possess a current CPR and First Aid certification
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License

• Two to five years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

$95,000 - $120,000
