Speech Language Pathologist - Full-time

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• California State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Experience working with school-aged children with various communication disorders.

• Knowledge of special education laws and procedures.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Description

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in students.

• Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment results.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students with speech and language disorders.

• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support the integration of therapy goals into the educational setting.

• Participate in the development and review of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Communicate progress and collaborate with the educational team.

• Maintain open and regular communication with parents, providing updates on student progress and strategies for home support.
