Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position with recent experience and HCHB EMR proficiency.

Job Details

• Home health setting serving primarily geriatric patients,

• Assignment based within the East Team territory covering up to a 60-mile radius from the main office,

• Typical caseload is 5-7 patients per day,

• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,

• On-call rotation required every 3rd to 4th weekend,

• HCHB EMR experience is required,

• OASIS documentation experience preferred,

• Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate,

• iPad is provided for documentation,

Job Requirements

• Current PT license required if applicable,

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in home health physical therapy,

• BLS certification required,

• Demonstrated experience with HCHB EMR,

• Experience with OASIS documentation preferred,

• Ability to work a flexible schedule and cover a wide geographic territory,

• Primary responsibility includes providing physical therapy services to geriatric patients in their homes,

• Travelers must be flexible and willing to travel within the assigned territory,

• First-time travelers are accepted for this position,

• Local candidates are accepted and compensated at the travel rate,

• Dress code is scrubs (any color), jeans are not permitted,
