Project Manager – Wealth Platform & Direct Indexing Initiatives

Duration: 6+ months hybrid (3x/week onsite: Tues/Wed/Thurs) Concord, CA (may consider Charlotte or Phoenix, but prefers to start in Bay Area) 2-3 rounds of interviews (video)

Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of cross-functional initiatives spanning technology, product, operations, and client/advisor platforms
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are actively managed
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to support platform enhancements, integrations, and product rollouts
• Assist in building and maintaining project plans, status reporting, and executive updates using tools such as Airtable, JIRA, or similar
• Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and accountability
• Help identify and mitigate delivery risks, particularly in complex or time-sensitive platform environments
• Contribute to process improvement efforts to enhance execution efficiency and team coordination
• Support governance activities including status tracking, documentation, and adherence to PMO standards

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in project management or project coordination, ideally within financial services or fintech
