We are seeking driven professionals specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science to join us as AI Engineer. In this role, you won't just be building theoretical models—you will have a direct, hands-on impact by applying AI to optimize Blue Streak's manufacturing, supply chain, and operational workflows.
Your mission will be to revolutionize our supply chain by integrating AI models directly with our ERP systems, inventory management platforms, and logistics workflows
. This is a high-impact position where your algorithms will directly optimize how we manufacture, manage, and distribute products to our top-tier retail partners.
- ERP & Logistics Optimization through AI Implementation: Develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to optimize business operations such as inventory forecasting, lead-time predictions, and demand planning for our major retail customers.
- Supply Chain Intelligence: Build intelligent algorithms to streamline warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and supply chain logistics to minimize bottlenecks
- Data Integration: Clean, preprocess, and extract valuable insights from large-scale operational datasets, integrating your AI solutions seamlessly with our core ERP infrastructure.
- Predictive Analytics: Create data-driven models to anticipate supply chain disruptions, automate purchasing recommendations, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with supply chain managers, operations directors, and software engineers to translate complex logistics challenges into smart, automated AI solutions.
- Education: A recently completed (or upcoming)
Master's degree (M.S.) in Computer Science
, with a strong academic focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science. - Strong foundational software engineering skills (SQL, Git, API development).
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to take a vague operational problem, translate it into a data/ML problem, and build a practical solution.
Pay: $75,000.00-$ per year
