Position

Driver – Class B License. Full‑time / Part‑time. Pay range: $20–$23 DOE.

• Operate community vehicles safely on outings, excursions, special activities, and personal resident appointments.
• Assist with safe loading of residents and their belongings onto and off community vehicles.
• Follow all state and federal laws when operating community vehicles.
• Comply with standards and processes for proper vehicle inspection and driving; demonstrate safe driving and punctuality.
• Act as a member of the activity staff during outings, excursions, and within the community.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a Class B (or Class C with passenger endorsement) license to drive a bus.
• Prefer at least two years of experience driving a vehicle/van/bus to transport people.
• Excellent customer‑service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including a physical and TB test.
• May be required to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and wear face coverings or other PPE per regulatory guidelines to protect team members and residents.
