The Vice President of Learning and Development serves as the executive leader responsible for CSD's enterprise-wide learning and development strategy. This role oversees employee learning and professional development initiatives across the organization, including New Hire Training, CSD University, clinician and leadership development, continuing education, competency management, and clinical progression pathways.

The Vice President will build scalable learning systems that strengthen employee capability, accelerate career growth, support internal mobility, and ensure our teams are equipped to deliver exceptional client care. This role will partner closely with clinical, operational, talent, quality, compliance, technology, research, and executive leaders to make learning a key driver of organizational growth and excellence.## ## What your role is:
* Establish and execute CSD's enterprise learning and development strategy in alignment with organizational priorities, clinical excellence, growth plans, and workforce needs.
* Create a long-term vision for employee growth, competency development, career progression, and leadership readiness across the organization.
* Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of new hire onboarding and training experiences.
* Develop scalable, competency-based onboarding pathways that accelerate employee readiness, confidence, engagement, and performance.
* Provide strategic oversight of CSD University, ensuring learning pathways support employees throughout their careers and create meaningful opportunities for internal advancement.
* Build and strengthen career progression frameworks tied to competencies, professional development, and internal promotion pathways.
* Oversee clinician learning systems, academies, professional development programs, continuing education, Learn & Apply Workshops, leadership development events, and specialized clinical training.
* Partner with Lead Clinical Directors, Directors of New Hire Training, the Board of Clinical Quality, and other clinical leaders to ensure training reflects current best practices and CSD's evolving clinical models.
