Summary: The manufacturing Technician provides and supports manufacturing equipment, materials and processes to production to ensure products are assembled in an efficient manner, meeting customer quality and expectations and on-time delivery specifications.

• Creates and maintains machine programs and profiles for new and existing product
• Aids in maintaining product routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions/specifications for manufacturing operators
• Troubleshoots operator problems, works with leadership on training and process improvements
• Communicates problems to Engineers and/or leader
• Assists in the testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes
• Assists in performing experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis
• Recommends additional equipment needs to leadership and/or Test Engineers for product debug areas
• Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
• Complies and follows all company security policies and procedures
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, builds productive internal/external working relationships, and mentors and trains junior technicians
• Seasoned professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves wide range of issues in creative ways. This is a fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.
• Works mostly independently with general instructions on new assignments

• 8+ years of experience; 3+ years in a leadership role
• Ability to provide various levels of engineer quality work
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
• Effective organization and prioritization skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work with diverse groups
• Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment, and professionalism
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, exercising discretion and independent judgment
• Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools
• Strong customer service and client focus
• Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products and Teams conferencing software
• Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation if required

2-year Engineering or Technical degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management.

Location: Concord, CA (4021).
Shift: Shift 1.
Work Schedule: M‑F 0800‑1630.
Status: Full Time.

$36.54 to $54.80 USD per hour. Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.
