Systems Engineer, Operations Management
Our Government & Enterprise Solutions (GES) team is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Program Manager – Antenna & Radome Systems to lead complex development and production programs supporting global government and enterprise customers.
In this role, you will take ownership of large-scale antenna, radome, and RF/SATCOM programs, ensuring successful delivery across technical, schedule, and financial objectives. You will serve as the primary customer interface while leading cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality and Customer stakeholders.
Working in a dynamic, highly technical environment, you will guide programs through the full lifecycle—from development through production and delivery—helping deliver mission‑critical connectivity solutions in demanding aerospace and defense applications.
This is a full‑time position based in Concord, CA with up to 10% domestic and international travel

- Lead execution of complex antenna, radome, and RF/SATCOM programs across the full product lifecycle.
- Manage program scope, cost, schedule, and performance to meet both customer and internal business objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and execute Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.
- Monitor key program metrics and provide regular status updates to leadership and customers.
- Support budget planning, financial forecasting, and internal program controls.
- Serve as the primary customer interface for program communications, technical discussions, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and continued business success.
- Lead program reviews, design reviews, and executive‑level briefings.
- Coordinate activities across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Service teams
. - Drive alignment across matrixed organizations to ensure timely and successful program execution.
- Partner with stakeholders to implement technical and programmatic changes.
- Lead risk and opportunity management activities, including mitigation planning and tracking.
- Ensure products meet system requirements, performance specifications, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and release‑to‑production validation.
- Ensure adherence to Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) policies and procedures.
The Salary Range for this Full‑time Exempt position is ($180,000 - $195,000).
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience or 7+ years of program management experience in a technical environment.
- Experience managing electro‑mechanical systems, antennas, radomes, RF systems, or SATCOM technologies.
- Demonstrated experience serving as the primary interface with external customers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering data.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- MBA or advanced technical degree.
- Experience with Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), and risk management methodologies.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments.
