We are seeking a dependable Bilingual Printing Machine Operator to join our production team. This position involves operating and adjusting screen printing machinery used for printing on drinkware in a fastpaced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates are detail oriented, safety focused, and experienced with machine operation.

• Machine Operation — Operate cup and drinkware printing machines safely and efficiently.
• Setup & Calibration — Set up, calibrate, and adjust screen printing machines for various product styles.
• Quality Inspection — Inspect printed items to ensure imprints are clean, accurate, and free of defects.
• Organize and prepare screens for production.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Follow all safety procedures when handling inks, solvents, thinners, acetone, and other chemicals.
• Stack and organize printed and unprinted items.
• Perform repetitive grasping, gripping, bending, stooping, and lifting as needed.
• Assist with general production tasks in a fastpaced environment.

• Minimum 4 years of machine operator experience in manufacturing or production.
• Stable work history with strong tenure in previous roles.
• Ability to use basic tools and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fastpaced team environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) .

Moderate noise level, exposure to moving mechanical parts, and repetitive physical activity. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
