We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Summer Marketing Intern to support our Event Marketing and Social Media teams. This internship offers hands-on experience in planning and executing corporate events while also contributing to social media strategy, content creation, and campaign performance tracking.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in brand marketing, experiential marketing, digital engagement, and content strategy to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

* Support the planning and coordination of internal and external marketing events (webinars, conferences, client events, sponsorship activations, etc.)

* Assist with vendor coordination, logistics, timelines, and on-site execution

* Help manage event communications, invitations, and registration tracking

* Develop event briefs and post-event recap reports with key performance insights

* Assist in organizing branded materials and promotional assets

* Attend and support events on-site as required, including Women's Advisor Forum, Discovery Meetings, and Platinum.

* Conduct research on Event ROI and Advisor Behavior Analytics

* Work on Industry events and Sponsored Events

Media, Creative and Content

* Support the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms (Linked In, Instagram, X, etc.) for events and other campaigns

* Draft captions, coordinate visual assets, and ensure brand consistency in conjunction with Design and Content team

* Conduct social media research and trend analysis

* Track and report on engagement metrics and campaign performance

* Help create short-form video or behind-the-scenes event content - on-site and pre production

* Support of Podcast and Development of Content

* Contribute ideas for campaigns and audience growth strategies

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Highly organized with strong attention to detail

* Comfortable managing multiple deadlines

* Familiarity with social media platforms and content best practices

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

* Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or social scheduling tools is a plus

Hourly wage: $17.00 per hour
