Care Provider

Full‑Time, 6am‑2pm and 2pm‑10pm

$17.25 – $19 per hour (DOE)

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as specified in the resident’s service and care plan, including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring (walking), and continence.
• Respond to residents’ needs promptly while maintaining residents’ self‑respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate any observed or suspected change in resident condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co‑workers and other departments.

• Experience is preferred but not necessary; training will be provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including a physical and TB test.
• May be required to receive vaccinations, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and wear face coverings and other PPE to prevent the spread of COVID‑19 or other communicable diseases per regulatory guidelines.
