Regional Health Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the assigned communities
• Ensures residents healthcare needs are met and treated with respect and dignity
• Supervises licensed nurses and other direct care team members within the community
• Strengthens clinical processes until a replacement is identified
• Travels to support the management of vacant positions, startup communities, vacations/leave of absences

• Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse holding a valid California nursing license in good standing
• Prefer Four (4) years experience working in Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
• Prefer Three (3) years experience supervising and managing employees
• Prefer Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license
• Able to effectively teach/train staff
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours of start date.

Demonstrates expertise in managing healthcare operations within Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly, ensuring compliance with health regulations and effective staff supervision. Proficient in training and mentoring nursing staff while maintaining high standards of resident care.
