Home Health Registered Nurse Days
Seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to the geriatric population. This 13-week contract, with potential extension, runs Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality home health care
- Manage approximately 6 patients daily
- Coordinate and schedule visits
- Document using Oasis/HCHB
Requirements:
- Active CA RN license
- BLS certification
- 2+ years nursing experience, 1+ in home health
- Proficient in HCHB and Oasis
- Meet productivity of 25-30 points
Details:
- No on-call/holiday work
- Mileage reimbursement
- Overtime available
- Scrub color:
Any
Orientation includes HR, HCHB training, and mentoring. Ideal for a nurse eager to impact patients' lives in a home setting.
