Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate, high‑quality care while promoting residents' dignity, comfort, safety, and independence
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
  • Follow individualized care plans and perform assigned nursing‑related duties under the direction of licensed nursing staff
  • Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team
  • Accurately document care provided and maintain required records
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
  • Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and other mobility needs
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support resident care goals
Qualifications
  • Current, active California CNA certification required
  • Previous skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
  • Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
