Quality Compliance Coordinator (Pacheco, CA)

LHH is teaming up with a life sciences organization in Pacheco, CA in search of a Quality Compliance Coordinator to support quality event management and regulatory compliance initiatives.

This organization is committed to advancing healthcare through innovative diagnostics and quality systems. The Quality Compliance Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining product and process integrity, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring audit readiness. The role offers a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams and opportunities to contribute to impactful quality initiatives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in regulated environments, and passionate about quality systems. They should be comfortable managing CAPAs, complaints, and document control processes, and have a strong understanding of regulatory standards such as ISO 13485 and FDA QSR. Experience with electronic QMS platforms and investigation tools is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CAPAs, deviations, nonconformances, and customer complaints.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for all quality events.
• Support document control, change management, and QA ticket resolution.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality system improvements.
• Track and report QMS metrics.
• Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, quality, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, or Document Control.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA QSR (21 CFR 820), MDSAP, ISO 14971, and IVDR.
• Experience with complaint handling, CAPA, and document control under a QMS.
• Proficiency in electronic QMS platforms (e.g., Master Control, Policy Tech, Tableau).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Fully on-site in Pacheco, CA

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $28–$33/hour, depending on experience
