Lovisa Pty Ltd is seeking a Retail Keyholder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store targets and maintaining a presentable environment. This role is ideal for an energetic, communicative individual with an eye for fashion who thrives in a bright, fast‑paced setting.

• Support store management in achieving sales and operating targets
• Maintain store appearance to be presentable and inviting for customers
• Assist in training and mentoring staff, including ear piercing training where applicable
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Strong communication, time‑management and organizational skills
• Passion for retail and fashion, with a desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience
