Assist customers in total store fulfillment including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), returns, and order pickups;
Proficient in systems to complete transactions and manage pickup/return areas;
Keep pickup and return areas clean and ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of BOPS orders;
Review sales goals, stay updated on arrivals and promotions, and promote loyalty benefits;
Provide genuine hospitality, greet customers, engage and build relationships
