Mobile Associate – Store-in-Store (SiS)
As the face of T‑Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, you will bring energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction. You will thrive in a high‑traffic environment, continually learning new products and processes to provide outstanding experiences.
Job Responsibilities- Proactively engage with a broad range of customers, using digital tools to educate and demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile’s warehouse/club member benefits.
- Complete training on the T‑Mobile store‑in‑store experience, new skills, products, systems, and reference resources, and continuously improve skills to provide the best possible experience.
- Build rapport and trust with customers, exceed expectations, attract potential customers, and follow up on sales opportunities and referrals.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)
- Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to balance experience and performance goals (Required)
- Team building: willingness to work with peers and store leaders, share best practices, and resolve issues (Required)
- Retail sales aptitude: competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required)
- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Hourly base pay: $20.50 plus $5.00 per hour training pay. During the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive training pay and are eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year after promotion to Mobile Expert. Full‑time employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. All eligible employees receive an annual stock grant.
